Shockwaves NME Awards 2010 Nominees

The shortlists for the Shockwaves NME Awards 2010 were announced late last night.  Artic Monkeys and Kasabian lead the nominations – both bands are up for six gongs. The nominations for this year’s event were announced at a launch party at the London Tabernacle with a performance from Maccabees (pictured), with the main event to take place on February 24 at O2 Academy Brixton.
