Presented by Joy, Orlando Weeks has shared his new album, sophomore offering “Hop Up” – elaborating on themes of new life & parenthood, whilst his previous work sifted through the emotions, expectations and anxieties that go hand-in-hand with parenthood, his latest work is an altogether more life-affirming statement.
In his own words, the former Maccabees front-man said of the release: “It is cloud 9 music. Joyful , loveful, playful, blue sky music. As lean and buoyant a 35minutes as I could muster.I focused on feel good and felt good for it. I hope that feeling will translate to anyone that hears the record!.”
