Scott Manley Hadley aka SOLID BALD has no hair. And no worries. Well, some worries… This alternative comedy WIP performance boasts jokes, sure, but also sequins, thighs, an interactive bald-themed quiz, poetry, costumes, live shaving (risk assessment permitting), original music, and plenty of surprises.
To paraphrase Cher, do you believe in life after hair loss? Scott Manley Hadley does, so why not watch as Scott explores body image, mental health, gender, parenting, millennial life, financial hardship, dog ownership and finding hope even when you don’t have hair. It can be done!
Scott Manley Hadley is a poet turned comedian who has been Highly Commended in the Forward Prizes for Poetry and whose blog, TriumphOfTheNow.com, has been quoted in print in the New Yorker. Scott has appeared as a talking head discussing hair loss on BBC3, Metro online and on the Huffington Post. West End New Act of the Year Semi-Finalist 2025.
