Rise & Shine Vinyasa Flow
With Emily Kennedy-Barnes
Emily teaches Vinyasa Flow. Fusing ideas from both traditional and modern yoga to create an empowering, fulfilling practice. Emily’s teaching has been described as: glowing, compassionate, warm & inspiring.
Supported by a mantra of inclusivity, Emily has developed a trauma-informed approach to yoga. Ensuring each session provides a safe space for all students.
Each class is designed to create space for you to feel comfortable in your body, to flow into your authentic self and to guide you into vitality in a balanced asana practice.
Emily teaches a Rise and Shine Vinyasa Flow at 7.30am on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Emily will also be teaching restorative, trauma informed classes for survivors of abuse dates and times TBC.

Class Prices
Studio classes
45-60min: £11 drop in / £6 for Karma Card members
75-90min: £12 drop in / £7 for Karma Card members
Virtual classes
45-60 min: £10 drop in / £5 for Karma card members
75-90 min: £10 drop in / £6 for Karma card members
Please note we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Kindly inform the studio if you cannot make the class prior to 12 hours in advance. Any cancellations after this will be charged.
