Join us for an evening of natural wines and good times.
Natural wine is slowly taking over Brighton so we think it is time we host our first natural wine tasting at Bison North Laine..
What is organic vs biodynamic?
What is vegan wine? What is orange wine and how do you make a pet nat?
What is vin de soif or glouglou wines?
Our friend and wine expert Ania Smelskaya will answer all of those questions. Ania is a Brighton based sommelier and wine consultant, known for her innovative wine lists that focus on natural producers. She has worked and consulted for the likes of Sager+ Wilde (Hackney road), Silo (Hackney Wick), Akoko (Fitzrovia), Osip (Bruton), Wanderlust (Paris) and Silencio (Ibiza).
Over the course of the evening, Ania will guide you through 5 different natural wines. This is will be an informal friendly wine tasting where we will taste and discuss wines together.
Your ticket will get you 5 tasters (75ml) of natty wines and some nibbles
We will taste:
- 1 pet nat
- 1 unfiltered white
- 1 orange
- 1 pink
- 1 glouglou red
So join us on February 17th at 7:30pm for an evening of natural wines and good times!
