Let’s hike from Lewes to our brand new Beach Bar!
Bison friends, lovers of hiking, lovers of beer. Let’s all get together!
After much waiting, Bison Beach Bar is finally opening! What better way to celebrate than with a beautiful Spring-time walk over the South Downs only to end at our new venue and enjoy a delicious pint together.

PLAN
- Meeting time: 11:45am
- Start Time: 12pm – we aim to set off at 12pm sharp!
- Meet Location: Lewes Train Station
- End Location: Bison Beach Bar @ Sea Lanes, Brighton
- Walk: Around 9 miles (4 hours)
On meeting at Lewes train station – expect welcoming faces and a new group of hiking friends.
On arrival at Bison Beach Bar – cheers your happy-hiker friends and let’s grab a drink together.

ABOUT THE HIKE
We will walk together over the stunning downs, from Lewes to Sea Lanes. The walk will be around 4 hours.
The walk is a pleasant and easy going walk – a mixture of roads and footpaths. There are splendid views across the Downs to enjoy. A mix of chalky grassland, wildflowers and wonderful views to the coast.
REGISTRATION:
- These are FREE tickets – a registration
- Please only reserve a place if you are definitely going to join us! We would appreciate being able to manage numbers and know how many to expect on the day 🙂

AT THE BEACH BAR
On arrival expect tunes, good food and delicious beers. Our Collab beer with Lewes based BEAK Brewery – LACES – will be pouring.
Feel free to stay and enjoy drinks, food and tunes as long as you desire.

Bison Beer and the event hosts assume no responsibility for anyone attending the event. Bison Beer, the event organisers and event hosts will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss occurring as a result of any part of the event or in connection with travel to or from the event, however caused.
