Reading & Leeds Festivals – August 24-26
The mighty Reading & Leeds Festivals return! It gets better every year, a veritable feast of the biggest names from the music, comedy and entertainment scenes! Foo Fighters, The Cure, Kasabian, The Black Keys, Paramore, Florence & The Machine, The Maccabees, Justice, Feeder, Metronomy, the list goes on and on for those lucky enough to bag tickets this August Bank Holiday, for this behemoth UK festival favourite!
Taking place at Little John’s Farm in Reading and Bramham Park in Leeds, it’s not all about phenomenal music either – as the festivals have unleashed a jaw-dropper of a comedy line-up, collecting up the cream of the big arena-touring comedians and dropping them all onto the same bill, including Reginald D Hunter, Lee Nelson, Jason Byrne, Sean Walsh, Al Murray aka The Pub Landlord and many more! The line-up for the ‘BBC Introducing Stage’ is also due to be announced next week, where you’ll get a first look at the best new acts who’ll be taking over your radios for years to come, watch out at the websites! Plus the Energy Sessions Arena, sponsored by Relentless Energy Drink, will provide a beat-packed soundtrack to campers, making sure the party continues from Friday, when it kicks off the fun ahead of the start of the music line-up, and then every night of the festival from 10pm to 3am!
Weekend tickets for Reading & Leeds Festivals are £197.50 plus booking fee and are available from the official festival websites. For info both on line-ups and tickets, please visit the websites readingfestival.com and leedsfestival.com.
