Bobby Gillespie’s new band – Silver Machine – made their live debut in London over the weekend.
The super group – Bobby Gillespie along with his Primal Scream band mates Andrew Innes and Barrie Cadogan, ex-Sex Pistols bassist Glen Matlock and drummer Zak Starkey, who has worked with The Who and Oasis – played at set compiled of covers that included material made famous by MC5 and The Troggs for the apparently one-off show at 1234 in Shoreditch.
