Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood has announced details of his seventh solo album, his first since 2001. “I Feel Like Playing” will feature a number of guest stars – although none of his current band mates appear.

Ex-Guns n’ Roses guitar legend Slash, Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, Pearl Jam vocalist Eddie Vedder, soul icon Bobby Womack, country singer Kris Kristofferson and ZZ Top guitarist Billy Gibbons have all been announced as guests.

“I Feel Like Playing” will be released on September 27, preceded by the single, “Thing About You.”
