The Tony Hawk & Friends tour wrapped up in Brighton last night. The tour was a huge success and the Brighton crowds – a sell-out of 3,300 (with almost that again watching from the promenade) – lapped up the awesome talent. Tony Hawk along with Sandro Dias, Jesse Fritsch, Kevin Staab and Neil Hendrix, gave the ultimate performance with a multiple of magical combinations. Tony Hawk and Sandro Dias, performed a sublime 540° together, and Tony then landed a 720° and 540° ollie!
The legendary ramp rider and his Birdhouse team even made an unexpected stop yesterday at the local skate park, causing huge excitement by surprising local skaters. What a guy!
