Bad For Lazarus On Tour

Bad For Lazarus kicked off their UK tour last night, Wednesday 16th December, playing at The Monarch in Camden. This bunch of hairy Brighton degenerates and their violent mish-mash of surf punk, grunge and doo wop are steadily garnering a reputation as one of the country’s most insane live bands – Jimmy Diego has even accidently broken his nose on stage with his bass!

Their Brighton show is at Concorde 2 (with Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster and Rodeo Death Burger) this Saturday 19th December as part of the Eighties Matchbox Xmas Disaster, and again, entry is free!

Last week Bad For Lazarus released their debut single ‘Old Rats on a New Ship’, backed with b-side ‘Kemptown Animals’. The band have kindly posted it for free download from badforlazarus.bandcamp.com.  Shot by the amazing guys at The Softbox (Vile Imbeciles – Tramp, and ACCK – Curse), the video for ‘Old Rats On A New Ship’ is also available for your viewing pleasure here.
