Coming across as a breath of fresh air whilst providing a truly classic sound, Dead Sons’ debut album is sure to excite with the simplicity of delivery and clarity of sound. The fact that they’re almost obscenely well-honed and talented at this stage is also a plus. There’s a definite QotSA vibe emanating from them, but with a more visceral (and at times seemingly eviscerating) edge. Listen to with caution.
