Following reports last week in the National press Babyshambles management have confirmed that the band are definitely still very much together and will be headlining the new NME Weekender. Babyshambles have said that they are very much looking forward to their bonfire night appearance at the NME Weekender on November 5-7 at Camber Sands Pontins, and that this performance could unveil new material set for their third album. Playing alongside are other great acts; British Sea Power, Chew Lips, The Crookes, Goldhawks, Citadels and many more yet to be announced!
Over 3,000 music fans will descend into Camber Sands, and with over 30 bands and DJs playing on indoor stages, this is the one festival that the weather can’t spoil! Organisors have already been snowed under in a wash of applications for tickets which only went on sale last week in what has been described as being the party of the year for live music fans.
Tickets are available now, priced from £85, and include two nights’ accommodation, entrance to all arenas as well as free car parking. To buy or for more details check out nme.com/weekender or call 0871 230 1094.
