Vegan South Indian Cookery Lesson at The Community Kitchen

Southern India-born chef and restaurant owner Kanthi travels internationally to share his passion for his culture’s rich cuisines. Having opened his first restaurant, Curry Leaf Cafe, later followed by two more and a Kiosk at the Brighton Railway Station, Kanthi also runs gastronomic tours in the South of India as the Spice Circuit, hosting trips with groups to visit with Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu’s rich culture and cuisines.

Now take this chance as he makes a stop off at this local venue to share his cooking techniques and award-winning flavour combinations, teaching you how to make an authentic meal at home! And, after you’ve prepared the meal, you can sit down and enjoy it! Why not bring a nice bottle of wine along to wash it down with?

A don’t-miss opportunity for aspiring chefs and lovers for Indian food.
