After a pulsating set against an idyllic backdrop of blue skies and sea at this year’s Kemptown Carnival, Brighton’s own live party soundsystem are at it again. Carnival Collective will be returning to the Concorde to launch what will be their fifth album, “Another Thing”.
Maestros of fuelling the ‘festival feeling’ wherever they go, they are known for their live drum and bass, flavoured up by punchy brass, soulful vocals and sheer volume.
The band is also celebrating its 20th birthday, so it’s sure to be a big one. Support comes from none other than breakbeat legends Freestylers, and up and coming afro-beat and hip-hop outfit Nubiyan Twist.
