It’s coming up to that time of year again, all of the best stuff happens in summer, including the UK’s biggest beachfront cinema; returning to our pebbles for an action-packed month of live sport, huge blockbusters, and classic movies!
This is your chance to see the likes of Pulp Fiction, Finding Dory, Star Wars: Rogue One and a whole host of other must-watch films in an incredible and unique outdoor setting.
IBIS hotels will be bringing their VIP Sweet Bed Experience along too. These tailor designed Sweet Beds will allow you to watch a film with unrivalled cosiness and comfort. The ultimate movie experience!

There’s more though; anything this good deserves a proper opening party too right? Well thankfully this year’s jam packed programme will kick off in style with the legendary DJ Gilles Peterson (accompanied by MC Earl Zinger) headlining a whole day and night of soul, jazz and funk music on the beach!
Many other exciting live acts and DJs will take to the stage throughout the day, including Russ Dewbury, Juke of York, Fat Boy Slim’s one-time band Freak Power, Phats & Small and the almighty DJ collective that is Soul City. With so many huge names in one place, this is shaping up to be one of the best events of the summer!
