After a slew of EP’s, a single and a tour supporting St. Vincent, Glass Animals finally released their much anticipated debut album, “Zaba” in June of 2014. It was worth the wait. Back to back singles “Gooey” and “Pools” are two of the year’s best (as are their accompanying videos) They went down a storm at this year’s Great Escape Festival and comparisons to Alt-J do their intelligent brand of R’n’B-influenced atmospheric indie no disservice.
