Foodies Festival is launching the UK’s largest series of food, drink and wellbeing festivals this summer.
Starting in Brighton on Hove Lawns from April 29 to May 1 it will then travel to nine cities before finishing in Oxford. Each year the festival brings the most exciting and talented chefs, bakers and producers from around the UK to each festival region whilst also showcasing and championing businesses and produce from the local area.
Candice Brown, winner of the Great British Bake Off 2016 will be baking live in the Cakes and Desserts Theatre where baking fanatics can also sign up to do practical masterclasses.
Celebrity chefs joining the festival include; 2016 Masterchef winner Jane Devonshire and local Brighton chef Miguel Barclay who rose to Instagram fame through his gourmet ÂŁ1 meals.

Foodies Festival wouldn’t be complete without the famous Street Food Avenue which attracts food vendors from around the world to showcase the very best in local cuisine from around the world. The Drinks Theatre is the place to go for all those up for wine, whiskey, champagne and gin tasting with expert mixologists and sommeliers. Beer connoisseur and writer Melissa Cole will also be around for those after craft beer tutorials. For the braver of foodies there will be chilli eating challenge as well as bug eating competitions which is sure to be a hit amongst the kids.
Day tickets start from ÂŁ13 to ÂŁ38 for VIP day experiences. Three day standard tickets cost ÂŁ20.
