Mykel is an anomaly. His debut single will appeal to the masses while retaining enough experimentation with electronica to set him apart from the rest.
He also isn’t your typical fresh-faced school leaver having come to music later in life which adds weight to his soulful and emotive singing.
Positive lyrics with a melancholy backing track make for a contrasting track that is infinitely addictive.
