The inside is made up of a dozen caves to explore – and settle into for an intimate night out.

There’s also a large room above with a huge window that looks out over the sea. Whether at sunset or on a stormy evening, it’s got the best view in the city!

Food wise, it’s about local produce, with bread from The Flourpot Bakery, Brighton and Sussex cheese from the Cheeseman, and a catch of the day from local fishermen.

The bar stocks a great range of craft beer, many gins, and a lot of Prosecco.
Come and get lost in the caves on a completely unique night out.
