They stock a huge range of beverages from around the world with a keen interest in the Sussex beer scene.
They are local and independent.

In 2015 Bison kicked things off with a bottleshop that Shortlist scored in the UK’s top 10. Since 2016, their small batch brews had them rated in the top 50 breweries in the country and in 2017 they expanded to Hove with an original concept to offer a bar / bottleshop hybrid that brought a little Bison style uniqueness to the area.
Summer 2018 saw them open in Brighton’s famous North Laine, to put on a bar, kitchen and hideout operation that has something for everyone.
In Spring/Summer 2019 they partnered with the guys at Sea Lanes on the East Brighton coastline, popping up a beach bar & street food joint offering some of the best sundowners around.
In 2020 they locked down their bars but opened up their local and national delivery service through Shopify.
As the world slowly reopened they headed to Worthing in July 2021 for some more beach bar action to keep them busy until the return of the venue at Sea Lanes 2.0 in 2023, the perfect spot to sink their ever-popular See Side APA whilst chilling in a deckchair, living your best life.
