TEACHING
Anna has been teaching bread-making to adults, children and teens since 2016. Mainly from her home kitchen but sometimes in schools and larger venues. The classes are always really relaxed and low-key, with plenty of refreshment and time to chat and ask questions. Scheduled classes are usually around six hours, on Fridays between 9.30 and 3.30. In that time they’ll bake around three or four types of bread, looking at the ingredients and discussing the reasons why each stage is important. This allows the bakers to focus on each stage of the process and get answers to questions that are so often brushed over in recipe books.
As well as taking home the bread you make, you will also take home a set of notes with the recipes and techniques as a reminder.
