Crocodiles are back in Brighton with a set built for dark rooms, sharp elbows and fuzz in all the right places.
The San Diego noise-pop troublemakers bring a scuffed-up blend of punk-pop, garage rock, fuzzed-out hooks and death-rock bite to The Hope & Ruin. It is messy, melodic and wired with just enough danger to keep things interesting. Their album Upside Down In Heaven jumps between bratty anthems, mutant rock ‘n’ roll and dancefloor-ready sneers, so expect a gig that refuses to sit neatly in one box.
This one should suit anyone who likes their indie rock with grit under its nails: loud guitars, warped glamour, quick-hit choruses and the feeling that the whole thing might go slightly off the rails.
Support comes from Francis Pig and Be Kind Cadaver, adding extra art-punk, post-punk and experimental noise to the bill. In other words, arrive early and let the weirdness build properly.
Crocodiles play The Hope & Ruin on Wednesday 15 July 2026. The event runs from 7.30pm to 11pm. This is an 18+ event. Tickets are £16.38.
