Christmas shopping is hard work! Take a load off and get your energy back at one of our favourite Brighton coffee shops …

Bond St Coffee, 15 Bond Street

Also known as Haversham Coffee Roaster, this speciality coffee shop features a wide range of beans from around the world and takes pride in their single origins ethos. No blends to be found!

Redwood, 99 Trafalgar Street

Situated neatly in the North Lanes, this cosy coffee haven offers comfy sofas, uplifting music and a social atmosphere. You may well meet ‘the one’ whilst sipping your chai latte.

Marwood, 52 Ship Street

This quirky cafe not only sells wonderful coffee, but also the best chocolate brownies around. Eat and sip yours in the secret garden.

Small Batch Small Batch, 17 Jubilee Street

Although the flagship is situated in Jubilee, the coffee connoisseurs are scattered across Brighton and Hove, boasting a large array of coffee choices, with beans that are roasted daily. Also note their high Fairtrade standards.

Nordic Coffee, 16 York Place

This stylishly dressed Icelandic coffee shop will warm you up with their famously sublime flat whites, complemented perfectly by a nice sticky cinnamon bun or one of the many Scandinavian treats on offer there.
