The Recital is a literary club hosted by Georgina Langford and Evie Barker. We host bi-monthly literary socials, guest readings, cultural outings and reading evenings. Our second event will feature an open discussion of our recommended reading, a book swap, poetry performance and hosted Q&A with the incredible Charlie Brogan (@charlieblergh), finishing with our newly added open mic session for poetry and prose.
There are 8 open mic slots of 5 minutes each – first come, first served, sign up on the night.
The Recital is a welcoming, LGBTQI+ inclusive event. Expect beautiful vibes, a stunning playlist and the opportunity to meet others in the local literary community. Find out more about The Recital.
