Take a dash of 1940s charm, a sprinkle of modern day mixology, add a bucketful of burlesque and you have the recipe for a fabulous night with The Black Market! 

The Black Market is launching our premier burlesque, cocktail and canape evening at The Old Market theatre on Saturday 17th Sept. The Black Market prides itself on bringing the best of cabaret and burlesque entertainment to Brighton, whilst serving hand- crafted cocktails and canapes to ensure you have an unforgettable evening!

Guests can sample a cocktail from Mixology Group bartenders (see list below); all in the picturesque setting of The Old Market bar. VIPs will be provided with their own function room where they will find canapes made by the owner of The Black Market (fully allergen-free, but definitely not free from flavour) and enjoy a meet & greet with the performers after the show.

The Black Market have scoured Brighton to bring you the best in local talent. You are guaranteed to see top performers in burlesque, pole, drag and dance.

Above My Paygrade: Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and blackberry liqueur. Served over crushed ice.

Gypsy Rose Lee: Spiced rum, lemon juice, cloudy apple juice and ginger syrup. Topped with ginger beer.

Vera Lynn: Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and blackberry liqueur. Served over crushed ice.
