Always surprising, totally inclusive, the Oska Bright Film Festival is the world’s biggest learning disability film festival.
With four days of screenings, talks, installations and awards, it brings fresh international talent to the big screen. The programme includes world cinema, animation, documentary and dance-film, plus a special children’s session on Saturday morning. OBFF is proud to be programmed, managed and delivered by a learning disabled team, led by Festival Programmer Matthew Hellett.
