Grammy nominated German DJ, record producer and film composer Mousse T (aka Mustafa Gundogdu) is best known for his massive global House hit Horny’98 which hit No 2 in the U.K. charts in 1998 and No 1 in the US Billboard Dance Charts later that same year. He cemented this chart success by collaborating with a string of top artists, (sometimes under different aliases), including Boris Dlugosch’s previous hit Hold Your Head Up High ft Inaya Day in 1997, followed by Tom Jones’s Sex Bomb – which peaked at No 3 in the U.K. charts in 2000. As well as being one of Europe’s top music producers and remixers for the likes of Michael Jackson, Simply Red, Boney M and Randy Crawford, Mousse T has also been one of the foremost global DJs blending classic Disco with current House beats right across the world’s club dancefloors over the past 25 years.

More recently Mousse T has joined Germany’s Pop Idol TV Show as a resident judge, whilst continuing to top the cooler chart listings with his delicate reworkings of current upcoming acts under the Defected Glitterbox record label – such as Purple Disco Machine’s Encore, Camelphat’s Cola and Selace’s So Hooked On Your Lovin. His latest productions have featured on all the main Hed Kandi, Defected in the House & Toolroom Miami 2019 House compilations, establishing his legacy as still one of the freshest music artists out there. So get ready in March 2020 for a mesmerising eclectic old and new school soundtrack from Mousse T’s extensive and varied discography back catalogue over here in the City of Brighton!
