Monthly Wine Club at One Garden Brighton. Indulge, engage, taste and understand a range of outstanding wines with industry experts.
Join us at our monthly Wine Club, where you will engage with like-minded wine enthusiasts and socialise with industry experts, whilst tasting outstanding wines.
Join us for an evening of discovering hidden gems from up and coming wine regions in America. If you thought all American wines were Californian then think again!
Our host and presenter will be BSc (Hons) student Madeleine Stark. She has come to the UK from her home country of the USA and completed a degree in Viticulture and Oenology at Plumpton College. Her background is in hospitality and the service industry, and her transition into the world of wine was accidental but serendipitous. She tasted her first New Zealand pinot noir in Hawke’s Bay and was hooked from there. Most recently, she has started a job at Gusbourne Winery in West Sussex and is extremely excited to continue her journey as a part of the English wine industry. In homage to her roots, she will be tasting a lineup of unusual American wines from lesser known regions and comparing them to their Old World counterparts. Come for an evening of laughs, good fun and learning as well as a chance to taste some new and amazing wines.
