L&M Supper Club, Brighton,
brings you seasonal ingredients, tasty food, great wines and a lovely atmosphere.
Chef duo Laura and Mattia set up the L&M supper club to celebrate the food, the seasonality, and the conscious cooking brought to another level.
An experience that makes fine dining more sociable but still has the warmth and homeliness of a great supper club. The team serves up a seasonally-changing 5-course menu, and there’s also an excellent wine pairing. Each dish is meticulously planned to showcase fine Italian fusion cuisine with high-quality, ethical ingredients.
Previous dishes on the menu have included salt- baked, slow- cooked ,and marinated beetroot tartare, and homemade fresh squash tortelli.
The monthly supper club has only 20 seats available which keeps it more intimate and exclusive.
During the event will be taking pictures for our social media if you wish not to be in the pictures let us know upon arrival.
