Are you a woman who wants to explore a gentler, more feminine and subtle way to lead?
We will explore how you lead (and follow) in a tangible way, and connect your exploration to your current leadership challenges to discover hidden opportunities.
We will use leading in a physical sense as a metaphor to refine how you lead in a leadership role.
The workshop format allows scope to focus in on the nuances of leading individuals, review what’s in play when you’re leading teams, and has potential to broaden the view to take in inter-team interactions and the influence of and working with the level of organisational culture and beyond.
