Break free and join us for this immersive two-part workshop, where we will be exploring our inner landscapes, awakening creative selves, meeting our judgmental selves, and letting it go.

This two-part workshop will be more intuitive and undirected than the last ones, and you will decide the size, shape, colour, symbol, and background of your mandala. This is going to be a very personal and authentic piece of Art.

I will provide you with the tools and explain how to use them. We will begin with breathing exercises and a short meditation; the workshop will be held in a quiet and relaxing environment, allowing us to focus and explore more deeply. The space for sharing stories, feelings, and thoughts about what you have created will be at the end of the session.

Part 1 13.09- Meditation, breaking through, exploring, creating, sharing and reflecting.

Part 2 18.10 -Meditation, finding a different perspective, play, surrendering to the unknown, finishing, sharing and reflecting on our Art pieces
