The Self Love Sessions will explore a range of topics relating to our relationship with ourselves, and how this affects our sense of belonging. As with all BelongCon events, this is a unique opportunity to listen to authentic, inspiring stories in an open, honest, and safe space.
The first Self Love Sessions is kicking off with the theme ‘love yourself first’ and will take place on the International Day of Self Love on the 13th February, which just happens to be the day before Valentine’s Day! Talks will cover a range of topics including solomagy, the neuroscience of heartbreak, how to maximise sexual pleasure and body love and intimacy.
Let’s celebrate what really matters this February. It’s time to fall deeply, madly in love with being YOU.
