Edinburgh school buddies We Were Promised Jetpacks are touring the UK this November to coincide with the release of their new double a-side single on November 23rd.
Their debut album ‘These Four Walls’ was released back in June, and new single ‘It’s Thunder and It’s Lightning / Ships With Holes Will Sink’ has already receive rave reviews from NME, Q, Clash and The Fly, to name a few.
We Were Promised Jetpacks have emerged as serious contenders for the indie/post rock crown for 2009. Catch the lads on the 13th of November at Brighton’s Freebutt.
