Keep A Child Alive is an international charity partner for the inaugural Brighton Marathon taking place this April. The foundation was founded in 2003 and already is a hugely successful charity providing lifesaving medicine and essential support services for people living in Africa and India with HIV/AIDS. Make a difference by joining team KCA at Preston Park before 9am on April 18.
