Canadian quintet Mother Mother released single ‘Hayloft’ in the UK earlier this week via Last Gang Records. The promo video went down so well (what? You haven’t seen it yet? Click here!) so the guys and girls have posted up a very special acoustic video of them performing the single. Vocalist and guitarist Ryan Guldemond describes the track as “your average tale of barn sex gone terribly awry… Daddy’s got a gun, ya know…” – watch the exclusive acoustic clip here.
‘Hayloft’ is the first single to be taken from their second album O My Heart, out in the UK on May 31, and with accolades and success in their native, 2010 sees Mother Mother turns their sights onto the UK and Europe. Mother Mother have been confirmed to play The Great Escape (May 15, Queens Hotel), alongside other UK dates.
