The first half of D&T is a standard 115bpm stomp with choppy vocals, the last half however, sees a wailing guitar take the lead to turn the tune into something more akin to electronic prog rock. The remixes are interesting with Clark turning the tune towards the abstract while Dorian Concept’s version is somehow softer yet more urgent. ‘She Shines’ is cool in it’s simplicity with a clean vocal hook bouncing and weaving amongst the chopped vocal melody.
