The virtual reality movie was state of the art when it was released way back in 1982. The film has since reached cult classic status among film buffs, who will surely be delighted to hear that our friends at Walt Disney are currently working on a sequel!

What’s more, it has been rumoured that Daft Punk have begun working on the film score. The Parisian house pioneers have reportedly been recording in a specially built studio in LA and the film is scheduled for release in 2011.
