First Aid Kit will be releasing “Sailor Song”, the third single to be taken from their critically acclaimed debut album “The Big Black And The Blue,” on July 12. The song is a favourite from their live set and is a tale of lost love delivered in Klara and Johanna’s clear, impassioned vocals. Its heartbreaking subject matter is perfectly offset by the song’s upbeat tempo and joyful melody. The single will be available as digital download only.
The girls are currently in the US on a hugely successful, sell out tour and will be returning to the UK for festival dates over the summer, along with a headline show at The Garage as part of Wichita’s 10th Anniversary celebrations with Peggy Sue.
