As The Globe was already a thriving pub with a loyal crowd, Sussex Students’ Union are committed to continuing its current weekend offering, which sees a variety of boutique music nights attracting a diverse and eclectic range of Brightoners and out-of-towners.
During the week the Globe will now become the focus for Students’ Union activities in central Brighton. From club and society socials, to meetings, and offering competitive discounts on drinks, the venue promises to be the perfect jumping off point to the many student club nights throughout the city.
The Students’ Union will be bringing T’s Smokehouse and Grill, providing broadly appealing grub! T’s are creating a delicious menu of Americana-inspired food, from pulled pork to lobster claws, hot dogs to burgers and pizzas…. The concept came to be from an almost unhealthy obsession with meat, but fear not, vegetarians/vegans will not be left out in the cold, with options available throughout the day.
T’s will be lovingly hand making everything from scratch, from oak, apple and cherrywood smoked meats, to dry rubs, secret recipe sauces and pickles.
Drink in Brighton are proudly welcoming all students in the city of Brighton & Hove to the first Students’ Union town centre bar!
