Singer Jack Sedman and guitarist Harry Draper left their hometown of Bridlington for the bright lights of London releasing debut album ‘Tell Me It’s Real’ in 2016. As so often is the case, their move to the big smoke and signing up to a major record label played a major role in the outcome of their music, so fast-forward to now, their having returned home with a new independence – it’s easy to imagine how things might have developed for the northern duo!
They’re having to do everything themselves but their hard work is certainly paying off! The band explained how what they’re putting out has a more hand-crafted feel to it – as Jack explains: “Whereas before we were shut in a box where we wanted it stripped and acoustic, now we’re into a lot of different music. We listen to all different kinds of stuff we never used to.”
