You can tell that Secret Machines are influenced by retro and prog rock but they manage to make it sound all very now. This American three-piece released their third album back in January to cracking reviews, 4 stars in MOJO, 3 stars in Uncut and Q and album of the month in Maxim. They’re touring Europe this month and will be playing in Brighton with Filthy Dukes at Digital on Tuesday 17th of February 2009.
