Overhead Wires Music once more showcase the best in local unsigned and independent talent, kicking the weekend off with a groovy chunk of alternative pop, funk and ska. Headliners Tender Hooks are described as “Madness meets Ray Charles impersonating Ian Dury” – fortunately that refers to their sound as opposed to appearance. Also playing are Chimeric State, Murdoc and Slow Motion Sickness.
