‘Nothing the world holds could match the love waiting for me in Mexico City’ Morrissey
It might be news to you, but Morrissey’s Mexican fan-base is significant! This month you can be there in the audience as a band made in Mexico City reinvents the songs of Morrissey and The Smiths: with a brass and string led combo led by Camilo Lara of Mexican Institute of Sound.
Having released their first album “No Manchester” (Mexican slang inspired by The Smiths, meaning ‘No Way’ or ‘Are You Kidding Me?’), Mexrrissey have toured the UK to sold-out crowds and now they land in Brighton at the Dome!
