The first offering from the Yorkshire-producer’s upcoming album, it conjures up his solid, breakthrough electronica influences (Orbital, Leftfield) through regrettably flat phrasing with wafer thin hooks.More single than EP, its title track is followed by remixes from underground artists, each (bar one grizzly breakcore rework) gently rearranging its elements to show a lack of melodic bedrock. Odd choice of single from a promising talent.
