The Sheffield duo have been on everyone’s lips for a few months. And the hype is well-deserved. The debut single from the brothers is a brilliantly urgent melee of trashy drums, chugging guitar riffage and gritty simplistic vocals, sounding like early Black Keys if they were raised on a diet of Black Sabbath on a council estate in Castleton. Could we have the ‘real’ next big British guitar band on our hands? It’s a distinct possibility.
