They’re proud to use local produce – their free range eggs come from from Holmansbridge Farm near Lewes, their milk is sourced from Sussex & Surrey Dairies and their pork comes from Suffolk pig farms.
They also use coffee beans roasted in Brighton by Coffee At 33, their daily fresh bread and pastry selection are baked by artisan producer Coburn & Baker and The Flour Pot Bakery and they have cakes and treats on offer created from scratch in their own kitchen.
