ABOUT: Responsible for some of the biggest indie anthems of the past decade, Futureheads frontman Barry Hyde is performing an intimate solo set at Komedia Brighton. Those familiar with his work with The Futureheads may be expecting new wave inspired, four-part harmony, guitar music, but recent album Malody couldn’t be further away from that. The album is based around Hyde’s first instrument, the piano, and also features violin, cello, double bass, tenor and baritone sax, pedal steel and trumpet.
