Would you like to learn the secrets to making the ultimate pizza, homemade? Join this class with local business owner and pizza lover Dan!
Dan’s from Big Slice Pizza, dubbed “The best pizza in Brighton & Hove!” and “Right up there with the best Neapolitan pizzas in Brighton & Hove” amongst reams of other top reviews! Dan has a passion for pizza which he’s made into a successful business! Benefit from this passion, which he’s transformed into trade, with a packed-out calendar of food markets, festivals, parties and events! He’s tried and tested his dough through thousands of pizzas to create the perfect recipe, with just the right sauce and cooking methods to create the best Neapolitan-inspired pizza!
At the class you’ll work in pairs to learn essential skills and tips about the dough, sauce, cheese, toppings and cooking. Dan will also bring his portable professional ovens along, to compare with the results from the normal ovens at the venue.
