Saturday Morning Family Wellbeing Walk in Hove Park.

This walk offers a variety of enjoyable and educational activities designed for families to participate in together. These experiences aim to promote wellbeing while deepening understanding of emotions and mental health.

Meeting Point – We will be meeting at Hove Park Cafe at 9:50am.

What you Need – No need to bring anything specific but please come prepared for any weather conditions, and remember to wear comfortable shoes!

Book Now – Please book one time slot per person. These sessions are designed for children aged between five and twelve years old. Parents and Guardians are required to accompany their children on this walk.

If, for any reason, you can no longer attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or contact us directly at wanderingemotionsuk@gmail.com. This allows another person(s) a chance to take part and ensures that our volunteers’ time is used effectively.
